Dostęp i wykorzystanie wiadomości
Zakres gmail.modify pozwala odczytywać wiadomości w całej połączonej skrzynce i zmieniać ich stan (np. oznaczać jako przeczytane); nie obejmuje natychmiastowego trwałego usuwania z pominięciem kosza. Integracja używa go do odczytu poleceń i oznaczania obsłużonych wiadomości jako przeczytanych. Zakres gmail.send pozwala wysyłać wiadomości w jej imieniu. Google nie ogranicza tych uprawnień do jednego korespondenta; ograniczenia stosuje lokalna integracja.
Studio przyjmuje jako polecenia tylko wiadomości z ustalonego prywatnego adresu Gmail właściciela do skrzynki studia. Odpowiedzi wysyła wyłącznie na ten adres. Odczytywane dane obejmują treść, temat, adresy nadawcy i odbiorcy, daty, identyfikatory wiadomości i wątku oraz nagłówki potrzebne do sprawdzenia nadawcy. Integracja pobiera wiadomość przed sprawdzeniem nadawcy, więc może odczytać także inne wiadomości w celu ich odrzucenia; nie przekazuje ich jako poleceń studiu.
Przetwarzanie, przechowywanie i udostępnianie
Przetwarzanie, w tym analiza przez modele AI, odbywa się lokalnie na komputerze właściciela. Treści i odpowiedzi mogą pozostać w lokalnej historii zadań, wykonaniach integracji i plikach wynikowych do usunięcia przez właściciela. Odwołanie dostępu nie usuwa tej historii.
Treści poczty nie są udostępniane innym osobom, reklamodawcom ani zewnętrznym dostawcom modeli AI. Nie ma reklam, sprzedaży danych ani trenowania modeli na poczcie. Gmail obsługuje odbiór i wysyłkę. Kopie danych studia mogą zawierać historię poczty i są szyfrowane lokalnie przed zapisaniem w Google Drive; klucz pozostaje u właściciela.
Cloudflare hostuje tylko te publiczne strony, bez dostępu do poczty ani tokenów OAuth. Strony nie zawierają skryptów, reklam ani zewnętrznych zasobów. Dostawca hostingu może przetwarzać techniczne dane żądań odwiedzających.
Odwołanie dostępu i usunięcie danych
W koncie Google otwórz „Połączenia z aplikacjami innych firm”, wybierz połączenie AIStudio i usuń jego dostęp. Możesz przejść tam przez myaccount.google.com/connections. Zatrzyma to dalszy dostęp OAuth. Właściciel może osobno usunąć lokalną historię i dane wynikowe oraz objąć usuwaniem kopie zapasowe; wiadomości w Gmail pozostają do usunięcia w Gmail.

AIStudio privacy policy
Updated: October 12, 2026. AIStudio is a private tool that supports one person's work on a human-in-the-loop basis — it does not independently create ideas or final results; decisions and approval of results belong to the owner. The connected account is aistudio.qba@gmail.com.
Email access and use
The gmail.modify scope permits reading messages throughout the connected mailbox and changing their state (e.g. marking them as read); it does not include immediate permanent deletion bypassing Trash. The integration uses it to read instructions and mark handled messages as read. The gmail.send scope permits sending email on its behalf. Google does not restrict these permissions to one correspondent; the local integration applies these restrictions.
The studio accepts instructions only from the owner's fixed private Gmail address to the studio mailbox. Replies are sent only to that address. Read data includes message content, subject, sender and recipient addresses, dates, message and thread identifiers, and headers used to verify the sender. The integration fetches a message before checking its sender, so it may also read other messages to reject them; it does not pass them to the studio as instructions.
Processing, storage and sharing
Processing, including AI model analysis, takes place locally on the owner's computer. Content and replies may remain in local task history, integration executions and output files until removed by the owner. Revoking access does not erase this history.
Email content is not shared with other people, advertisers or external AI model providers. There are no advertisements, data sales or model training on email. Gmail handles receiving and sending messages. Studio backups may include email history and are encrypted locally before being stored in Google Drive; the key stays with the owner.
Cloudflare hosts only these public pages and has no access to email or OAuth tokens. The pages contain no scripts, advertisements or external resources. The hosting provider may process technical visitor request data.
Revoking access and deleting data
In your Google Account, open “Third-party apps & services” connections, select the AIStudio connection and remove its access. You can reach this at myaccount.google.com/connections. This stops further OAuth access. The owner can separately delete local history and output data and include backups in deletion; Gmail messages remain until deleted in Gmail.
